About Us Eagle Specially Abled Riders (ESAR) is a groundbreaking and inspiring team of differently-abled riders who are transforming the accessibility and mobility landscape in India. Founded in Delhi by Dr. Ameer Siddiqui, ESAR stands as a powerful symbol of courage, inclusion, and determination. Expanding Across India – New Kerala Branch After the success of the Delhi team, ESAR has now launched a new branch in Kerala. The Kerala unit is led by Sooraj P A, a permanent rider of ESAR and an active advocate for disability rights and accessible mobility. Under his leadership, the Kerala chapter aims to expand awareness, training programs, and large-scale accessible rides across the state.
